Hate it when your colonists go on insulting sprees all the time? Every time they break? Ten times in a row, then they die to a mech cluster?

Me too.

The insulting spree (and the targeted version) are changed in the following ways:

• Intensity: Minor –> Major
• Maximum duration: 45,000 ticks –> 20,000 ticks
• Minimum duration: 25,000 ticks –> 2,500 ticks
• Base event chance: 0.5 –> 0.15
