Character Overhaul and Tweaks

This mod is an overhaul for the non-tainted characters, cleaning up base stats and making those who need it more interesting and unique, while keeping difficulty about the same.

It also cleans up the character selection menu and lists changes of this mod accordingly.

No Changes:

– Isaac
– Samson

Adjustments:

– Magdalene
– Cain
– Judas
– The Lost
– Lilith
– Jacob & Esau

Big Changes or Rework:

– Blue Baby
– Eve
– Azazel
– Lazarus
– Apollyon

Character Selection Menu:

– Health stat now reflects how many hearts a character starts with, no matter if it’s a red, soul or black heart
– Speed and Damage stats cleaned up all around the board, making them more accurate
– New/Changed start items from this mod are reflected properly on every character
– This mod contains new, very good looking character portraits in the selection menu that are originally from "Eye_Sakk’s Character Portraits" by Eyeguy (@eyeguyart)

Since both mods alter the character selection menu, they would not be compatible otherwise.

Notes:

This mod removes the achievement requirement of:
-Azazel’s rage
-Duality
-Sanguine Bond
-Lil Portal
(does *not* disable the achievements themselves, the items can just already appear before having done their achievement)

This mod removes the character costume of:
The Mulligan
Duality
Card Reading

This is sadly necessary, though not too impactful or noticeable

It’s a must-have mod for J&E in my opinion, though I don’t want to just copy it’s code and include it in this one.
