Description:

Adaptable utility and customizable effects.

This mod adds a tech with an interface. It’s multiplayer-friendly, vanilla-compatible, and will work in singleplayer or on any server. The mod supports Quickbar and the interface can be opened through Quickbar, but Quickbar isn’t required. A base-craftable item can be used to open the UI if (like me) you don’t have Quickbar.

Some basic things that may not be immediately obvious:
This mod will inevitably have incompatibilities with other mods that use the same tech buttons, but because of how Starbound uses the same 3 keys for all tech binds, we can’t design around that, so you have to pick what techs to wear.
The 3 special module slots correspond to which of the special keys activates the module.
To use the special 2 & 3 inputs you have to set them in the controls menu.

If you want to add your own modules/abilities to the interface then you’ll have to unpack the contents that are downloaded when you subscribe… basically if you don’t have experience modding the game then don’t try to add your own abilities. But if you do want to then there’s a rather extensive .txt document in the mod folder that explains it.
