Highborn Spearmen
Adds an elite spear and sheild unit to the High Elf roster. Unit stats are focused on defense and anit-large capabilities, meaning there are units they will loose to if they counter charge but will beat if they get to brace. Recruitable at a War Hall and requires an Elven Garden.
Not done balancing yet, open to suggestions.
