Description:

This is my first mod. I expanded potential army traditions, mostly for Rome. Save game compatible. No collisions detected. This mod does not extend the gained skillpoints for your armies – there are a lot of mods which does that. Works for main campaign but uses icons from other campaigns.

New traditions:

Slayers of Hannibal
bonuses against Cartaginians

Veterans of Diadoch Campaigns
bonuses against Successor states

Eastern Conquerors
bonuses againts eastern units

Ptolemaic Protectors
bonuses against Egyptians

Philhellens
bonuses against Greeks

Rubicon Veterans
bonuses against Romans (in case of civil war)

Drilled
bonuses for training new units (as training camps)

Hannibal Veterans
tradition for Carthaginians – bonuses against Rome

Teotoburg Forest Veterans
tradition for germanic tribes – bonuses against Rome

Shoemakers
movement speed bonuses for units

Road Builders
some cultural bonuses, army range

Fideles
enables some abilities for the general

Heavy Cavalry Masters
bonuses for heavy cavalry

Ultio Romanorum
reduces morale of enemy armies

Nomadic Assimilators
bonuses for horse archers

Limitanei
increased reinforcement range, line of sight, deployable stakes

Many of traditions (especially historically inaccurate) are unlocked at higher ranks of your army. I’ve also added some existing traditions for Rome from other cultures and campaigns. It is not precisely historically accurate, but allows you to specialize your Legio when you estabilish an empire.

The work is under progress, I will add some more traditions in near future. I haven’t test all of these traditions, so I will be grateful for any feadback and ideas. 😉
