Vampiric Powers
The mod replaces the Self skill line for all generic Vampire Lords & Heroes, as well as all of The Carsteins, Vampire Counts and Mousillon Legendary Lords, with new custom skills that are inspired by the TT Vampiric Powers.
The new skills are categorized under five headliners
The Arkanye
The Beastialle
The Courtly
The Martialle
The Severed
And each of those five have a subset of four skills tied in to them, with each skill associated to the general theme of the headliner.

Added support for the generic female Vampire Lord in the Character Pack.
