Retraining for Parthia, Iceni, Steppe Nomads, Hellenistic, and Successor Factions
An attempt to expand upon my Greek, Successor and Pontic Retraining mods, I will work in more Barbarian factions later (probably by culture group, with general Celtic factions being last). This mod does not include the vanilla Commander_Unit_Permissions table, so you can mix-and-match mods that affect general’s bodyguards.

Part of the issue is that each culture group has different some subgroups (Celtic alone contains Gallic, Briton, and Belgic variations of swords, spears and cavalry), and every upgrade requires manual input on the Technology_Unit_Upgrades table. This is tedious, time-consuming, and requires looking up which technology grants access to every unit.
