The Dragon Company of Karak Ungor
The Dragon Company is a famous band of exile dwarfs from the fallen hold of Karak Ungor. They fight under the banner of the crownprince Ulther, who has svorn a mighty oath to retake the old hold at any cost. They fight in heavy armor decorated with dragon icons and with deadly one handed axes. They are based at the dwarf capital of Karaz-a-Karak.
This is loreful unit taken from the old tome of "Stone and Steel" one of oldest book about the warhammer dwarfs. I have chosen not to add the firearms, as there exist no pistol-models yet to dwarfs.
The colorscheme of black and red is taken from a Warhammer Dwarf Collectors Guide from 2005, which shows the hold colors of Karak Ungor are those colors.
The Hold icon is taken from dwarf rune of Ungor, which means caverns or tunnels.
I have retextured nearly everything:
Darker armor with dragon icons and heads,
Shields with dragon emblems and hold icons.
Different variation of beards.
The unit is recrutible in Karaz-a-Karak at level 3 and has slightly better stats then the normal ironbreakers. Cost are also risen a bit. I have given them vanguard deployment, as the company specialize in ambushes to make up for their small numbers.
This is my first unit mod ever, so if you find any errors, you let me know. Ideas and suggestion are also more then welcome. As i use SFO and support it, a version based on that overhaul will be available soon. sincerly woodtur.
