The main goal of this mod is to disrupt the eco-quantity-trade meta that is so prevalent in EU4 MP games and give the players a bit of an opportunity to diversify their tactics and be more dynamic with their choices based on the situation they find themselves in, rather than just spamming manpower until you can flood the enemy out with the bodies of your soldiers.
A few of the bigger main changes:
-Deleted 130 tags across the new world and Oceania to help with performance
-Economic ideas dev cost reduced from 20% to 10% and the policy with Quantity reduced from 10% to 5%
-The development edict was cut from 10% to 5% and prosperity was also lowered from 10% dev cost to 5%
-Defensive and offensive are now mutually exclusive and thus have been buffed a bit to make them more competitive on their own.
-Attrition cap has raised to 8% from 5% to encourage players to be more mindful of their giant stacks.
-Republics have less max absolutism penalty to allow them to be a bit more competitive
-Catholicism papal interactions made cheaper
-Orthodox manpower and unrest reduction reduced
-Espionage is buffed significantly, allowing players to truly make an impact on the world around them with that idea group.
-AI logic has been reworked completely and they are MUCH more likely to take competitive idea groups that are more dynamic and consider their situation, for example, OPMs in the HRE will no longer take admin first idea group, more AI nations may colonize but only when they have sufficient coastal land.
