Felkami’s Infected
Adds a recipe that allows the player to detect if they’re infected. In the lore, the way I see this working is the player takes some of their blood on a rag. If they’re infected, applying the disinfectant has an effect like the blood turning black. Only tested on v41.50 IWBUMS.
