Familial Immersion v1.1
-*OVERVIEW*-
I’ve played Starbound for many, many hours, but I’ve always felt like villages and other
populated areas were missing something. I realised that there are neither children nor
the elderly! The entire universe is populated with young adults, and that’s just weird.
So I’m dedicating my time to fleshing out the world of Starbound with families, ages, and
various complementary objects!
This mod is still very much a work-in-progress, and will be updated and added to as I see
fit/am able. Thanks for your understanding! I hope you enjoy my work and efforts
thusfar~ This is my very first mod, so please let me know if I’ve missed a bug.

*Wearable infants with dyeable skin tone that can be swaddled in various colors and
worn on the back slot. (Craftable: Spinning Wheel) (Skin Tones: White = Pale, Brown =
Tan, Black = Dark, Other colors match the respective dyes)
*Maternity armor that slightly reduces your stats based on how far along the
“pregnancy” is to add realism for roleplayers. (Craftable: Empty Hand) (Please see the
maternity armor colors section for custom skin color instructions)
*Maternity vanity armor in a myriad of styles. (Craftable: Spinning Wheel) (Responsive
to both normal dyes and custom spawning)
*Childcare items and furniture. (Craftable: Woodworking Bench, Stove) (Some objects
and furniture have functions)

-*MATERNITY ARMOR COLORS*-
Due to the variance in practically everyone’s skin tone, I’ve decided to post a guide to help
players correctly match their maternity armor to their character.
1. In the chatbox, type the following: /admin
2. Assess your character’s skin tone by either:
-(A) Removing your character’s clothing and taking a screenshot of your character naked,
as they appear in your inventory and equip screen. Pasting that image into an image
editing program that displays the HEX value of a color (Gimp, Photoshop, Paint.net, ect.),
and copying the 4 main skin tone colors to a notepad. (From lightest to darkest)
-(B) Open up a copy of your player file in Notepad+ (this is a different program than
Notepad!), search for your body or face values (they are listed from lightest to darkest),
and copy those to a separate notepad.
3. Add your character’s color values to the following code in a notepad, from
darkest to lightest:
4. Replace [itemnamehere] either “stage2” or “stage3” without quotations, and paste
it into the chat to receive your item.
5. Type /admin once more to turn off admin mode.

It has been tested and is confirmed to work with versions 1.3.3+.
