A: Unfortunately, no.

Q: Am I having déjà vu?
A: Of course this is a continuation of my previous mod on the same topic (colors). Why? Because Paradox likes to hire competent people, especially the people responsible for their wonderful launcher by which I have no way to gain access to my previous mod.
PS: I’ve added about 15 new colors that your eye can easily find while playing.
