RP/SoW Compatbility Patch
Res Publica focuses on making Republics playable in CK3. To achieve this, it adds the features from CK2’s DLC the Republic and then both improves on them and adds new features. Besides just the typical Doge form of a Republic from CK2, there are now also the Council, Senate, and Parliamentary forms of a Republic as well as new features, including laws and governorships, for Republics.
Sinews of War is a vanilla gameplay overhaul centered around a completely redone population-based economy. Their goal is to make CK3 a more realistic simulation of the medieval world with the minimum possible compromise to performance.
Both mods are members of CMH, aka Community Mods for Historicity. CMH is an upcoming collaborative modular mod pack focused on centered around creating better historical scenarios and immersion for players while allowing each team to have their own focus.
