Increase Capacity:
Material: Denim
Amount: +8%/level

Increase Weight Reduction:
Material: Fabric
Amount: +10%/level
Max: 97

Decrease Weight of Bag:
Material: Leather
Amount: -0.3/level
Min: 0

– There is a max of 10 levels
– Tailoring skill, affects upgrade outcome
