Adds the new leader Taizong of Tang to the game as an alternate leader for China.

A district unique to China when Tang Taizong is their leader. Receives a set of Gold adjacency bonuses, unlike the Encampment it replaces. Buildings in this district provide +2 Gold. +3 Loyalty per turn if the city has a garrison.Agenda: Heavenly Khagan
Accumulates as much Gold income as possible while maintaining a standing army. Protective towards less wealthy civilizations, aggressive towards civilizations that generate large amounts of Gold.

Note: Due to an error in the game’s code, conflicts will be created when multiple players have a unique district of the same type. This means that if any other civilization or leader with a unique Encampment district is loaded into the game, then players will not be able to construct buildings in that district. The following civilizations and leaders have unique Encampments, and therefore I recommend you do not use alongside this mod:
