No Secession & Slightly More Taxes
This mod removes the possibility of secession and gives slightly more taxes. Tax change details are below.
It’s latest patch compatible (July 15, 2019), works with every DLC and should work with every mod, that doesn’t change the values for secession and taxes.

It is not always compatible with previous saves.

You should load this mod as the first in the mod manager.

Tax changes:
Monarchy: +5 tax rate.
Republic: +2 tax rate
Union: +3 tax rate
Empire: +5 tax rate
