weaker active items buff
this mod changes the more weaker active items to have less charges to make them more fun to use, and because repentance introduced a lot of good active items and buffed a lot of them.

breath of life 6 > 3 (3 seconds, 180 frames)

NOTE, this mod uses items.xml, if mods stop working or this mod don’t work that’s probably why, if you don’t know what mods use items.xml get help form the "tiems.xml help" discussion, i will try to find a solution but for now things may not work.
