Blue Baby Rework
Welcome to the description! As of Repentance Blue Baby is one of the worst characters, as the added difficulty is not traded off for any interesting mechanics (e.g. red hearts turning into blue flies with The Keeper), so I decided it was time for a rework.
In this mod, playing as ??? (tainted or not) will turn red hearts and other useless hearts into dips! The number and type of dips will vary depending on the type of pickup, for example half red hearts will grant 1 normal dip, whereas 1 bone heart will grant 2 stone dips. This also means that bone hearts are no longer usable with ??? which may sound like a bad thing at first, however this could actually be considered a buff as these cannot be filled with soul hearts, therefore taking up 2 heart spaces whilst only counting as 1.
Additionally, ??? now starts with the Petrified Poop trinket, allowing to gain coins and spawn dips more efficiently in compination with The Poop!
