Better Phoenicia
This mod changes the Phoenicia Civilization trait and its leader, Dido.
I have always considered Phoenicia a bad country that has awkward bonuses. I wanted to make it a far simpler country but in the end the abilities turned out to be around as thick as before.

Can move their original Capital to any city with a Cothon they founded by completing a unique project in that city.
Whenever you found a city on your home continent, including your Capital, receive a free builder. (NEW)
Cities with a Cothon or Commercial Hub can purchase Naval Units for 25% cheaper. (NEW)

Cities founded on your home continent also receive +4 loyalty and 50% Production towards Districts. (NEW)
-2 Loyalty and -15% Production in cities outside your home continent. (NEW)

Replaces the Harbor district and cheaper to build.
Must be built on Coast of Lake Terrain adjacent to land.
+25% Production towards naval units and Settlers in this city. (50% –> 25%)
All wounded naval units in this city’s borders fully heal each turn.
Grants +1 Gold to each coastal tile in this city. (NEW)
