SCOTLAND (MARY)

Trait: White Queen
Happy cities receive an additional +5% Faith; ecstatic cities double this amount to +10%. Receives a free Spy when the first and last Religion is founded, and can purchase Spies with Faith after the discovery of the Reformed Church Civic.

Agenda: Queen of scots
Tries to maintain as much Happiness and Faith as possible, and respects civilizations that do the same. Believes that civilizations that are high in Happiness but not in Faith are misguided.
