Trait: Fourteen Points
Has immediate access to all Diplomatic Policies from the current era. Gains an extra Diplomatic Slot in the current Government during peacetime. Gain the Doughboy unique unit after researching the Replaceable Parts technology.

Unit: Doughboy
American unique Modern era melee unit that replaces the Infantry when Woodrow Wilson is their leader. Trains 50% faster whilst at war.

Agenda: Safe for Democracy
Prefers to have a Democratic Government and to stand as a model for peace. Likes civilizations that share in his Government that are at peace or that have an Embassy with him. Disdains civilizations that share in his Government that are warmongers, whom he will wage war on to preserve America’s honour.
