House series P-30
P-30 is a series of panel residential buildings made of isolated block sections, developed by the design Institute of MNIITEP. This series was mostly built in Moscow, and is less common in other Russian cities. The P-30 project was developed in the early 1970s and was built with separate modifications until 2005.
The house has been available for construction since 1971. The game features the following house options :
Number of floors: 5, 9, 12.14;
Entrances: from 2 to 5;
Number of residents: from 33(2 entrances+5 floors), up to 283(5 entrances+14 floors).
