Full Roster Start (Vanilla Hero Classes)
Start new games in the Old Road with a Skeleton Key and a Full Roster! In addition to that when you arrive in the Hamlet you will find random heroes in the stage coach and altered Hero Barracks upgrade progression to maintain existing balance.
Best of all the mod can be disabled after completing the Old Road and upgrading your hero barracks to level 2 (11 Deeds & 14 Crest total) or activating other bonus roster mods allowing you to retain the benefits and run other Stage Coach mods.

COMPATIBILTY NOTES: This mod may conflict with other mods that alter the stage_coach.building.json files and will conflict with most Roster Size mods. However, this mod can be disabled when you arrive in the hamlet and upgraded your hero barracks to level 2 without affecting the above modifications in order to run Roster Size or other Stage Coach mods.
This mod was partially inspired by the the no longer maintained "No More Heroes!" challenge mod but isn’t set up as a challenge mode and allows standard options and progression.
