Does it work in custom nations?
Yes, It works in custom nations. You normally get a maximum of 20% land morale in vanilla, but now you can get a maximum of 60% land morale for the same score with this mod.
Does it increase the bonuses of other mods by 3?
No, this only increases the above-mentioned bonuses of the vanilla game by 3. I just manually changed the bonuses. Technically that wouldn’t work, would it?
Removed Effects
Age bonuses, Ruler and Leader personalities.
This mod does not require any DLC. I haven’t tested the mod enough. Remind me of the bonuses I forgot.
