The point of the mod is to remove monarch points from the game.

The replacement for research/ideas are now done through decisions that cost gold and legitimacy (or equivalent). Coring costs war exhaustion.

Many other things such as stability are at the mercy of events.

I am unlikely to support this mod with additional features, however I will try to maintain the mod as the game updates, and rebalance some of the modifiers if I missed the mark on balance.
