Better Extinguisher (Now with fire retardant!)
More powerful fire extinguisher, spawns more foam per click. Using right-click you can spawn a red colored foam, this will linger for 50s and put fire out over the entire duration of that time mimicing fire retardant. Go into options to change the size of the foam and spread it has
