Dark Elves Climate Overhaul
Changes climate tolerance for Dark Elf factions.
Dark Elves + Malus Darkblade:
Desert – Uninhabitable -> Unsuitable
Savannah – Unsuitable -> Suitable
Mountain – Unsuitable -> Suitable
Wasteland – Uninhabitable -> Unsuitable
Lohkir Fellheart:
Desert – Unihabitable -> Unsuitable
Chaotic – Unsuitable -> Suitable
Temperate – Unsuitable – Suitable (As Sartosa is great for Pirates)
Ocean – Uninhabitable -> Suitable
Mountain – Uninhabitable -> Unsuitable
I wanted to add desert and savannah tolerance only for Malus but for reason I do not understand it does not work so I had to change it for all the "regular" Dark Elf factions.
While I was at it I allowed Lohkir to benefit more from confederations and gave him an option to expand to the desert. I have also changed ocean and temperate as Galleon’s Graveyard and Sartosa are really beneficial for pirate-like faction.
