Created almost entirely by Oatmealine, and with me acting as.. "moral support"
This mod is a port of LuaNES {LINK REMOVED}(https://github.com/nico-abram/LuaNES) to The Binding of Isaac’s mod API

It would’ve had a .EXE file to convert any given ROM to a .lua mod that the mod can read, however the steam workshop doesn’t like that
Contained within the mod are "convert.js" and "convert.cs" for you to create your own program I guess
