Soviet Panel Building II68
The II-68 (P-68 (рус. П-68) in late documents) is 17-story panel apartment building which was built in the Soviet Union from 1970 to 2000. This is the third most widespread brezhnevka in the country after P-44 and P-3; about 1000 such houses were built in the Moscow. This series of houses are popular due to its good thermal insulation and apartment layouts. A characteristic feature of these houses is the large number of balconies on the back of the house.
This particular house is a late model with balconies on the stairs. There are 7 apartments on each floor except the first. Due to limited resources, apartments are unfinished, except for toilets. Each floor is numbered. Access to the attic is open, however, due to the very small amount of documents, it can be very different from the real one, like the first floor. From the attic you can get into the control room of the elevators, from where you can control each elevator and get into the elevator shaft through the hatches. The elevator shaft can still be accessed from any floor by opening the doors with the emergency key button.
Near the house there is a parking lot for 8 cars and a playground with a swing and a carousel. On the street and in the house installed an automatic lighting, which turns on at 19:00 and turns off at 8:00.
The building has 2 elevators with a floor sequencing system.
Attention, sequencing system works only when lift is descending. DO NOT press several buttons to lift at once, the elevator will go to the highest floor of the selected

-After opening the doors, wait about 5 seconds before pressing the buttons for the floors above
