Description:

China Railway Locomotive ND5, made by Alisa.

ND 5 manufactured by General Electric Transportation from 1984 to 1986, 422 units were introduced into China. Known as the C36-7 diesel locomotive in the United States. Therefore, the ND5 locomotives are nicknamed Grand American (大老美) by railfans in China. The model released this time refers to 0085 of China Railway Shanghai Group. You can find Chinese characters "上局宁东段" on the side of the locomotive, meaning Shanghai Railway Administration Nanjing East Depot.

Due to space constraints, the ND5 model released this time is different from the real locomotive. For example, this model has only 1 console in the cabin, while the real has 2 for forward and reverse.

To start the locomotive, switch on the battery in the middle of engine cabin where you can find a sliding hatch. Then move to the engineering cab, where you can find another sliding hatch, inside it located panels. Switch on fuel pump and radiator fans, turn on the Engine start button till indicator lights up. Sit down in the engineer seat and turn the master key to ON. Set the reverser and confirm that the brake lever in the release position. Then increase the throttle to move the diesel locomotive.

Some commonly used items and tools, including fire extinguishers, are placed in the storage compartment on the floor of the cab. 2 thermal clothing are placed on the lower left side of the cab.

Please point me out the problem, and I wish all you like this ND5 locomotive! Thank you for subscribing!
