Description:

This mod goes through every single ability, weapon, grenade and ammo in the game and adds additional effects to existing Status Conditions.

For example, a rooted unit will be unable to dodge as good as if it were free.

As with almost everything I do, this is just as valid for XCOM as for the enemies.

-= THE NUMBERS : STAT PENALTIES ADDED =-
% means a percentage of your total stat. Otherwise, it’s a flat penalty. -100% means your stat is zeroed out.

IN THIS MOD:
DISORIENT_DODGE_REDUCTION -50%
DISORIENT_CRITCHANCE_REDUCTION -15
Disorient Mobility Penalty : -10% (Non configurable)
BERSERK_DODGE_REDUCTION -50% (This is Verge’s Berserk or the TurnCoat grenade)
BERSERK_WILL_PENALTY -20 (This is Verge’s Berserk or the TurnCoat grenade)
POISON_DODGE_REDUCTION -25%
POISON_WILL_REDUCTION -10
POISON_PSIOFFENSE_REDUCTION -10
POISON_CRITCHANCE_REDUCTION -10
Poison Mobility Penalty : 10% (Non configurable)
PANIC_DODGE_REDUCTION -75%
ROOTED_DODGE_REDUCTION -75%

CORE GAME CHANGE:
PANIC_WILL_ADJUST -40 (was -2, probably a typo for -20, consider it a bugfix)

ALREADY IN GAME (NOT ADDED BY THIS MOD, INCLUDED AS REFERENCE):
DISORIENTED_AIM_ADJUST=-20
DISORIENTED_WILL_ADJUST=-30
POISONED_AIM_ADJUST=-15

The in game descriptions were updated. Note that Battle Madness and Panic is the same effect in game and is treated like Panic, but I lowered the Dodge penalty for Berserk.

With everything, even other mods. It will detect ANYTHING in game and change it.

-= LIMITATIONS =-
Lifted, Stunned, Burning and Acid do not support Stat Adjustments.

-= BONUS FIX =-
Stun is allowed to Dupe by mistake in the Firaxis code, this has been fixed. All Stun effects in game found will be changed to allow refreshing of the duration if reapplied, but not duplicate effects.
