Description:

‘Kurfürsten’ completely changed the gameplay of the Holy Roman Empire. It will be closer to EU4’s gameplay

• Accumulate imperial authority, establish imperial parliament, and carry out reform；
• Electors will be hereditary and the emperor can’t revoke it at will；
• The emperor could set up a bank to deposit or loan. The princes of the Empire will benefit from it；
• 7.25, Crownland and Mayor of the Palace. Become the controller of the monarch；
• And more gameplay；
