This mod is an addendum of the "reskinned western roman units’ new version 1.0.7", which means it won’t work by itself, first you need to subscribe to the main mod via this link -> http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1310730334

By the way, in the campaign you don’t have to worry about corrupting your saved game if you ever decide to unsubscribe to the mod, because this mod only replaces textures and 3D stuff (as well as the main mod), so don’t hesitate to try it out.
