Supporter Moodiness
Designed for Startup Company version 1.24.
Because we replace a core function of Startup Company it’s advised to only use it for the version it was designed for.
Tickets seem to be distributed from top to bottom in the assigned supporter team giving the first supporter a high number of support tickets. This is not really an issue except if you have an all expert support team where their mood decreases with lower level support tickets. This causes that one supporters mood to drop relatively faster then the others.
The idea of this mod is that supporters will not take tickets below their level once their mood drops below 50 (they are no longer considered "happy"). It reflects some personality where they… well they become moody.
This will allow that supporter to also recover a little bit and not drop too low where they suddenly ask for a pay raise.
Be careful though as the mod will not trigger an alarm at the moment. If all your supporters get too moody, no one will take tickets below there level.
