This mod improves warfare and adds some things

Features

• Plain supply limit increase with tech (overall supply limit will be higher)
• New military advisors
• Added new idea group
• Added new state edict
• Less manpower in late game
• Better AI behavior during wars
• Higher maximum war score from battles
