SS Empress of Sawyer
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMMENT AT THE VERY BOTTOM!
The Sawyer Islands was a big land in the Stormworks country. People required transportation through the rivers and such. In 1906, the SS Empress of Sawyer was built. She was a big, huge ocean liner that was meant to carry those through the river. Though she managed to be qualified to sail to ports like Liverpool, Southampton, Cherbourg, New York, etc. The deal was every winter, the Empress of Sawyer would help transport those through the Sawyer Islands, hence the name, and for the rest of the seasons all around the world. However came December 30th 1914, just a little after WWI began (The country of Stormworks is neutral in the war), she decided to stop in a big part of the river after making a stop at Holt Town a few hours ago. It was dark and foggy and that was when a random passenger-cargo ship came colliding into the side of the EOS, making a big hole. With the huge hole, it only took eight minutes to sink the EOS with 234 dead, only two lifeboats made it out of the chaos. The passenger-cargo ship remains unknown.
Interiors include:
Cargo Hold, Crew Quarters/Dining Saloon, Third Class Cabins, Third Class Entrance, Equipment Room (Contains DLC), Third Class Staircase, Third Class Dining Saloon, Galley, Third Class General Room, Third Class Smoking Room, First Class Staircase, First Class Reception Room/Entrance, First Class Ladies Room, First Class Reading And Writing Room, Mail Hold, Crew Lounge, First Class Dining Saloon, First Class Library, First Class Cabins, Pursor’s Office (w/ Cabin), First Class Smoking Room, First Class Lounge, First Class Palm Court, Bridge (w/ Wheelhouse), Officers’ Quarters (w/ Wireless And Chart Room).
Things to take note:
-It’s been awhile but I am back with this ship and will be making more for upcoming 2022. This one takes inspiration from the RMS Empress of Ireland.
-It goes 16 knots.
-SINKING: I managed to try something new with the sinking and it works, I HIGHLY recommend that you sink her in shallow waters, like the Sawyer Island river shallow. I’m pretty sure she won’t sink properly in deep waters. One more thing about the sinking, it goes down FAST
-If you would like to have a little fun, there is a little room for crew only that separates first class and third class, it’s on the lowest deck first class can go, if you find it then look to the starboard side and you’ll see a box with a keypad. THE CODE IS 1039! I will not tell you what is inside but all I’ll say is that you can have some fun.
-There is another special surprise in the cargo hold with the watertight door. There are no boiler rooms to go into but you CAN open the watertight door, and I recommend you do (And no, it ABSOLUTELY is NOT just a bunch of water flooding into the cargo hold, that’s just stupid.)
-This ship is VERY VERY VEEEERY LAGGY, trust me, my computer crashed once from it. I have it set to spawn in four different places. The Creative Island because yes (It’s better than North Harbor and Holt Town), the Oil Rig in case if the lag is too much, the North Harbor of the sawyer islands if you want to play out her river transportations (But will be laggy), and Holt Town so that you’re closer to where she sank (But this is the laggiest). I’ve added now the mountains which is called the Sinking Area (Btw, I noticed this may be the only deep part of the river where she sinks properly, don’t try to do it spawning at Holt Town because when you’re turning her and stuff, she’ll end up RIGHT next to an island, the waters are too shallow at that spot, you’ll see what I mean when you try for yourself.)
-On the wheel, there is an a/d option for rudder that says to use the lever above. The rudder does NOT work on the wheel for some strange reason, so yes, use the lever on the ceiling.
-The name of the mission is "EOS", these are the initials for her name, Empress of Sawyer.
This ship does contain a little of the DLC, if you do not have it then you can still acquire the weapons, however they will remain cosmetic.
