Buy the Hub
Requires import for existing save!
A new character named "Owner of the Hub" will be added to the Bar in the Hub. With these it is possible to buy the Hub for 1,000,000 Cats.
Important!
After buying the Hub you have to move away from the Hub with all Charracter so that it can be reloaded!
Since the question comes up again and again, I now make another detailed explanation of whether the npc will stay or not.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have npc built in player areas in kenshi. That’s why I tried to solve this problem by assigning the npc to the town and not to the buildings. That worked very well so far, so that the NPC (barkeepers and Shinobi) stay in the city but are no longer assigned to buildings. This means that the building remains the property of the player after the purchase and no longer belongs to the npc. I’ve also added new AI goals to the NPC. They will patrol the city, go shopping and relax in the bar (if the bar still exists and you don’t dismantled it).
