Dukes have Royal Courts – W/ Arabic Language Fix
This mod enables Dukes to have Royal Courts, while also preventing Arabic from being the dominant language of the world.
To do this, all that needed to be done was make sure that only King and Emperors added to language grandeur level.
Additionally, I’ve made it so AI dukes cannot change their court language unless it is to their lieges (or their liege’s liege, etc) language.
