This includes a large sum of changes, such as:

– Increased costs across the board for units, both Land and Naval, as well as Mercs
– +1 Minimum Monarch Stats for Monarchies
– Republics elect 2/2/4 instead of, for example, 1/1/4
– Increased Imperial Authority Gain, as well as loss
– New Idea Groups and Policies
– New Formables, decisions, and more (Dual Monarchy, Austrian Empire, Rhineland, Carolingian Empire, North German Confederation, Scandinavia, etc)
– Many new events, including big event chains for Italy, Ottomans, France, etc
– Rebalanced ideas for most countries
– New idea groups (State, Mercenary, Professional, Government)
– Rebalanced vanilla idea groups (Such as buffing Defensive, Aristocratic, etc)
– Less relying on idea groups for dev cost, and more on tech and buildings
– Tax is no longer trash, and tax builds are viable, though production is still better long term
– Less force limit from buildings (Better mid to late game wars)
– Costs for going over FL are increased, making FL matter much more than base game
– Rebalanced Monuments
– Bonuses for sharing a Dynasty with major nations
– Province modifiers to encourage nations to contest areas
– And much more

Formables:

– Dual Monarchy for British cultures; Requires France in a union and unites both England and France into one very powerful country (inherits France)
– Aragon-Italy for Aragon; Requires southern and central Italy as well as Aragon (inherits Naples)
– Illyria for South Slavic cultures
– Zapadoslavia for West Slavic cultures
– Carolingian Empire for French cultures
– Mali Empire for Mali
– Scandinavian Empire
– Rhineland for Rhenish culture
– North German Confederation for German cultures (Annexes land held by your vassals in North German region)
– Japanese Empire for Japanese cultures
– Maghrebi Empire for Maghrebi cultures
– Rome for Italian cultures
– Austrian Empire for Austria

Events:

– Fate of Italy for Italy in 1525 (Requires Central Italy to be owned, and France and Austria must be independent)
– Fate of Pomerania for Wolgast; Inherits Stettin and forms Pomerania, gives Brandenburg an event to force a union or take extra income, happens within 5 years of 1444 usually
– Hanseatic League events for various countries (Lubeck, Hamburg, Cologne, etc)
– Formable events (For Dual Monarchy and Carolingian Empire)
– Idea Group Events for all added Idea Groups (State, Mercenary, Government, Professionalism)
– Armenia Government form event
– Events for Austria to get claims/rebels
– Event to help countries convert if at low unity
– Danish Mission tree events
– Ottoman event (Collapse of the Mamluks)
– Muscovite events (Streltsy, economic)
– French events to explore/colonize
– Price change event for LSBS

Buildings:

– Three levels of roads, which give small bonuses, generally a money sink (IE, not worth the cost before Workshops, etc)
– Courthouse and Townhall don’t use building slots, generally a money sink
– Churches no longer use a building slot, gives Dev Cost
