Description:

First of all: English isn´t my first language so my translation attempts are most likely pretty wild. So …you´ve been warned.

History
After Rome crossed over to Africa and occupied Aspis in the first Punic War (or in this scenario the only Punic War), they were able to crush the Carthaginian army in the Battle of Tynes.
As a result, the Numidian tribes saw their chance to break away from Carthage and even more to take over their lands on the coast of North Africa.
Carthage was now besieged from all sides. Rome at the gates and the Numidians who roam over the land.
Rome succeeded in conquering Carthage and Carthage’s vassals subsequently broke from their lord and made peace with Rome.
The war was over and Rome was able to incorporate the heartland of Carthage as well as the islands of Sicily, Corsica and Sardinia. Carthage was destroyed.

But Rome’s conquests were not yet complete.
In the north they advanced to the Alps and in the east they took Dalmatia.
But now the decline began.
A young, ambitious general rebelled after his victories in Dalmatia and marched towards Rome.
The Senate summoned a general to stop the rebels, but little did they know that this general also had great ambitions. After defeating the rebels, he reshaped the Republic without anyone noticing.
Under the guise of restoring the republic, he created an office that united all the powers of the state but was legitimized by democracy and the Senate.
The Office of the Princeps.

The wars had taken their toll and the people were tired of the war. They swore: "If war were ever to be declared again by the Princeps, the people would tear him to pieces."

The Princeps promulgated the Pax Romana and the Provinciae were assured that Rome would never interfere directly in their affairs.

Rome isolated itself from the rest of the world. Protected by their fleet at sea and by the Alps in the north and by the hills of Dalmatia. The Empire thrived on internal peace and the renunciation of war unless attacked.

But times are changing…

Features

The Imperium Romanum as the HRR but slightly different.
In order to annex all your Provinciae you must finisch the centralisation focus of the HRR
Subjects will not help you in a war
New events if you finisch a reform where you have to decide between paying gold or risk to upsed your subjects
New Ideas for the Provinciae and Italia
New government reforms
Different Monuments to better fit in the szenario

What I am trying to do

Add more events for Italia and Rome to make it easier to get all reforms faster
Add a mission tree
Maybe more government reforms
