Tear Helpers
The Tear Helpers item has a chance to turn once of your fired tears into an orbital familiar that damages enemies and synergizes with your tear effects.
The familiars will only last a few seconds but their damage scales with yours (they deal 35% your damage per tick) and their movement speed scales with your shot speed.
The item also gives a tear delay down and will synergize with other weapon types like brimstone, technology and mom’s knife, but is overwritten by ludovico and dr/epic fetus.
