Hi everyone,
This mod will give 3 skill points per level to every agents and generals, both player and A.I.
A skill points dump available from level 2 has been added.
Each point throwed in this skill will also grant a +25 points/turn training bonus to your commanded army (up to +1250 points/turn).
This will reflect the capacity of a great general to train his troops.
