Improved Tech Effects
I noticed when playing that certain factions’ techs weren’t really up to par as many of the others and therefore decided to change that. The factions that receive these changes are Kislev, Tzeentch, Nurgle and Slaanesh as the other factions seem to be in a really good spot.
The aim of this mod is not to make anything overpowered but to bring many techs in the game which are quite lackluster such as a +1 recruit rank for certain units to something more meaningful and in-line with previous factions.
