This mod is a balanced patch about "Power up battle by skill".
Reduce animation speeds and damage rates to as similar as vanilla.
If you feel the mod’s original speed too fast, or use with other battle motion mods, please try this.

Martial Arts:16% (damage rate is 154%, and the base is vanilla)
