Hephaestus class gold dredger

By no means a design that will win ‘nicest to look at’ the Hephaestus class has been described as ‘a floating apartment complex’ and ‘why Poseidon gets angry at us’. Compliments aside, look no further for your waterborne gold mining than the Hephaestus class

Specifications
11 knot top speed
Roughly 190km range at top speed (range decreases at lower speeds)
Length – 27.5m (hull) 54.5 (full)
Width – 15.25m
Depth – 2.75m
Capacity for 4 crew

Features
Detailed interior including machine hall with accurate gold sifting equipment
Simulated gold dredging and collection
Fully stocked equipment
2 electric life boats
Working anchors
Simple heading hold system
‘Working’ dredge system able to move small items such as pallets out of water

To dredge
To collect gold you need to
1. Be in water no deeper than 30m
2. Turn on the bucket scoop
3. Turn on the trommel
4. Turn on the gravel conveyor
Once these are on, you will start to see gold nuggets appear on the sluices
To collect them, push the button in the small alcove with gold box

To start
In the machine hall simply light the boiler

To sink
In the rest room, on the coffee machine, enter the code ‘1234’
The bow will begin to flood, once water reaches large opening for dredge arm, it goes fast.
