Simply set a depth and submerge to go underwater, the submarine will automatically stop its descent when close to the ground.
Active stabilization is useless on water but don’t forget to activate it when going underwater.
Unfortunately, even with so much generator power the batteries drain quickly at 60km/h, so you can only maintain that speed during a few minutes.
