I added more buildings because the city looked empty (how come all tall buildings are just around the hospital) and added some rare light beams effects (cop cars + regular cars) in the city streets

– 0 conflicting mods (No conflict with any Skybox Mod, f.ex. Fancy Skies)
– New HD textures(4096×4096) for the city buildings, streetlights and trees
– Darker roofs to contrast better with the lit buildings
