Randomised AI Faction Potential
Simply randomises the AI potential.
What is potential?
There’s 2 tables. 1 which lists the cheats the AI gets.
Example: (numbers is examples)
0-20 = 10% upkeep reduction
20-40 = 20% upkeep reduction
40-60 = 30% upkeep reduction
and so on. The higher the number in front (potential roll) the more cheats they get.
The 2nd table rolls the potential the AI gets and which determines the level of their cheats.
In vanilla Cao Cao starts with a potential of 60 and rolls for additional bonus between 0 – 40. Meaning he cheats a crapton.
What this mod does is simply randomising the potential roll. Setting it to -100 and adding a random bonus between 0 – 200. Which means the AI can be a useless turd at -100 potential or a nightmare at +100 potential.
Each faction rolls a different roll and get a different potential. This is done Upon campaign start and upon creation of a new faction.

Should be compatible with most mods, load high on the load order.
