Clan Development Rebalance (slower modernization)
Summary
I designed this mod specifically for my other mod; "The Lost Domains"
Features
– The amount of modernization necessary for increasing your clan development level has been doubled. This slows down the speed at which your faction modernizes.
Compatibility
This mod is compatible with the vanilla campaign and probably other mods as well. Keep in mind, however, that in vanilla modernization will probably go extremely slow using this mod.
