Description:
This mod enriches the new Empire Elector count system with new techs and gameplay to support vassaling the elector counts. Vassals can be confederated later if you wish

This mod intends to tweak the changes with the most recent Empire update by allowing you to vassalize Electors and still get rewarded for it. This not only makes the game a bit more challenging, but also means that late game, you still get to manage the various dilemmas the new system added. (by not confederating, the vassals are still there and still quite able to succeed/ declare war on other states if you politik incorrectly).

Feature List:

  • Edited dilemma presented at 10 fealty to also allow the option to vassalize an elector. (Vassal electors are still privy to the dilemma events).
  • The Provincial unit rewards are now awarded when a vassal owns it’s capital city.
  • Added three techs to buff the reinforcement armies in the elector defence dilemmas.

Future plans:

  • A button that will reinstate an elector count after confederation for a boost to prestige/authority. This elector will be a vassal.
  • Ancillary rewards for vassals who own their entire province.
  • Faction buffs for vassals with 10 fealty.
  • More dilemmas/. Editing old game 1 dilemmas to interact with new system

R.I.P Stec:
This is the successor mod to Summon the Elector Counts. Which was made largely redundant with the recent update to Empire. That mod was a huge part of my indoctrination to the modding community way back in game 1 and was the source of many friendships, mentorships and helping others get into modding.

Compatibility:
This mod is built heavily upon the DLC13_empire_politics script (but does not edit it). Any other mods that edit this drastically will likely break this mod.
This mod adds a new option to the confederation dilemmas. Any mods that tweak those may conflict with this mod.
